Privacy policy
This policy describes processing for the public site and client relationship of QUARTIER. Processing entrusted for visitors to your own site is specified in your proposal’s processing record and agreement. An optional tool is used only when enabled and, where required, accepted.

What we collect
The public site collects information for quick analysis, Analyse complète QUARTIER requests, contacts and bookings. The portal also collects account, representation, project and message data, confirmations and contract evidence (time, language, version, fingerprint, network address and browser), and payment references received from Whop; QUARTIER receives no card number.
The quick analysis is about a business website, not about you. Your IP address is used for usage limits and the anti-robot check at the time of the request; it is not recorded. Only a fingerprint computed with a secret key is kept, to tell one visitor from many.
- Quick analysis: the website address you enter, the text, links and forms our robot reads on its public pages, and a capture of the first screen on a phone.
- Analyse complète QUARTIER: your first name, your email, your confirmation that you represent the business and, if you answer it, your response to the question about your process. The initial findings accompany the request so they can be checked.
- Email tips: only if you tick the box provided, with the exact text you accepted and its date.
- Contact form: your name, your business, your email, your phone if you give it, your website address and your message.
- Booking: the information you enter in the Cal.com calendar, which passes it to us.
-
Why we collect it
To produce the analysis you ask for, to answer you, to measure how this site works and to prevent it from being abused.
We do not sell or trade this information. We only write to you for promotional purposes if you agreed to it, and you can unsubscribe in one click.

Basic measurement, without cookies
This site records a few events itself, to learn which pages lead to a request: a page view, an analysis started or finished, a demonstration tried. They are stored in our own database, with no third-party tool.
Each event holds its name, the page, a random identifier kept by your browser for the life of the tab only, where the visit came from (campaign parameters or the name of the referring site) and the type of device. It holds neither your IP address, nor your exact browser, nor anything that links one visit to the next.
-
Cookies and measurement tools, with your consent
Only with your consent, we use the tools below. They load only after your choice in the cookie banner, where refusing is as easy as accepting and nothing is ticked in advance. You can accept audience measurement and refuse advertising, or the reverse.
Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a refusal of advertising. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page: withdrawing deletes the cookies of the tool concerned. If no banner is shown to you, none of these tools is in use.
- Google Analytics (Google, United States), audience measurement: pages viewed, where the visit came from, type of device. Google Analytics does not keep your IP address, and Google’s advertising signals are turned off. Cookies _ga and _ga_…, kept thirteen months.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft, United States), audience measurement: heatmaps and anonymised replays of browsing, to see where a page gets stuck. The content of our forms is masked before anything is sent. Cookies _clck, kept one year, and _clsk, kept one day.
- Meta pixel (Meta, United States), advertising: measures whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to an analysis or a request, under Meta’s privacy policy. Cookie _fbp, kept ninety days.
- Whop pixel (Whop, United States), advertising: links a visit to a payment made later on Whop, our payment platform, to know which ad led to a client. To do so, Whop computes an identifier from screen size, language and browser. It also receives the steps taken on this site (analysis requested, result shown, report requested, contact form sent), without your name, email or phone number. Cookies _wuid, kept two years, and _wpd.

Automated writing of the analyses
Until November 1, 2026, the text of the quick analysis is written by a model (Kimi K2.5, by Moonshot AI) run on Amazon Bedrock, the artificial intelligence service of Amazon Web Services, in the Northern Virginia region of the United States. It works from what our robot read on the public pages of the analysed site. The form’s identity fields are not included in the quick-analysis prompt; public pages analysed may nevertheless contain names or contact details. A provider change requires checking its terms and settings; requesting that an exchange not be stored does not by itself guarantee zero retention.
During the same period, for the Analyse complète QUARTIER, the pages read, their captures and, if you give us any, your answers about your business are processed by models run on Amazon Bedrock: GLM 5 (by Z.ai) and Kimi K2.5 analyse the site and write the analysis, then Claude Sonnet 4.6 (by Anthropic) reviews it independently. That review uses Amazon Bedrock’s global routing: it may be processed in an AWS data centre outside the United States. Retention depends on the route, model, actual settings and applicable terms; we do not promise universal zero retention. Global routing can extend beyond the entry region, and our own logs or results may be retained for their purposes. For a business without a website, public web research remains entrusted to OpenAI.
The analysis makes no decision about you. The Analyse complète QUARTIER is prepared and then reviewed by a person before it is sent to you.

What this site does not do
The statements below describe the site’s code as it is published.
- This site sets no cookie of its own. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta and Whop pixels set some, only if you accept their category.
- We sell no information. The advertising measurement described above can link browsing and payment; it requires acceptance of its category.
- No form is submitted and no protected area is accessed on the site you have analysed.
- No payment card data passes through our servers.
-
Our providers and where your information is stored
Requests, analyses and their captures are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the western United States. The site’s pages pass through Cloudflare’s network, which also runs the anti-robot check (Turnstile) on the forms.
Writing the analyses is entrusted to Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock) until November 1, 2026, then to OpenAI and Anthropic, sending emails to Resend, booking to Cal.com, audience measurement to Google and Microsoft and advertising measurement to Meta (only if you accept them) and, for our clients, payment to Whop. These providers are mainly located in the United States, so your information is communicated outside Québec. We say so explicitly because you have the right to know before you use these forms.

How long we keep it
A quick analysis and its capture are deleted automatically one hundred and eighty days after they are created. A request for the Analyse complète QUARTIER, or a request sent through the contact form, is kept for twenty-four months and then deleted. Measurement events are deleted after four hundred days.
Personal contract-acceptance evidence has a seven-year expiry. Destruction occurs after the engagement and applicable financial preservation periods end, unless a necessary documented dispute or legal hold requires continued retention. A hold is reviewed and lifted when no longer necessary. Archived contract wording contains no personal evidence.
These periods concern the public site. Client operational data follows the accepted processing record and backup cycle; data is returned or destroyed when necessary purposes end. Invoices, evidence and information needed for a legal obligation or dispute are retained separately only for that need. The agreement supplements this policy and removes no individual right.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion where permitted and portability of computerised information covered by law, and withdraw consent prospectively. We explain legal retention limits or necessary consequences of withdrawal. Statutory deadlines and exceptions apply; no payment or purchase waives these rights.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
